A God of Answered Prayers

Monday was a great day! Matt started his new job at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina! After almost 3 years of retail (the majority of that being with Rite Aid, formerly known as Eckerd), God has opened the door to a new opportunity for him and we couldn't be more excited. The process took some time as it started back in the beginning of July and just finished up about 2 weeks ago. I have to say that it was all God's doing as Matt was very careful not to get ahead of himself and to let God have the whole situation. Little by little each door was opened and we have been blessed. Just another glimpse of how awesome God is and a reminder that He does hear us and answer us if we seek after him. So far, he is enjoying it minus the commute, but it's a super nice change since now he works Monday-Friday and is off at night. I can't wait to see what kinds of opportunities he has with the company and the happiness that I see on his face is priceless.
